The tiny and dinky but exceptional left back journeyed his professional career in a short stint with Winneba based Windy Professionals. Even as a teenager at seventeen (17) years, Imoro Ibrahim was very instrumental amidst many exploits with the division two side which fascinated the interest of many premier league clubs.
Attention begun to mount for his prospects after a short glimpse of his genius with the academy side; top clubs pursued for his acquisition but the budding talent opted to play for his boyhood club, Bolga All Stars, a club that had just gotten promotion into the Ghana premier league.
Imoro Ibrahim signed for his hometown club and surfaced maidenly in the Ghana premier league in 2017. Bolga All Stars were relegated from the premier league in that season but Imoro was their top performer and scored an unforgettable thunderbolt against Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara stadium, he was adjudged the best player for the relegated club in that season.
After that alluring performance as a debutant, Imoro Ibrahim was linked to Asante Kotoko in the subsequent season but Bolga All Stars loaned him to Karela United for one year. The splendid performance continued and he scored another long range strike Kotoko against in Anyinase, he was arguably the most impressive defender in that truncated league in 2018.
The expeditious left back eventually joined Asante Kotoko in 2019 under the coaching of Maxwell Konadu, he became a favourable choice ahead of Patrick Yeboah and Evans Owusu within a short while. His blistering form with Kotoko enriched with a maiden Black Stars call up in March 2021 in an Afcon qualifier against South Africa and Soa Tome, debuted in the game against Sao Tome at Accra sports stadium.
Imoro Ibrahim third season with the Porcupine Warriors has been tremendous with enviable statistics, an unprecedented feat in the GPL from his position.
