Full Asante Kotoko squad revealed for GPL clash VS Olympics amid injury worries.

Asante Kotoko will be looking to take over the top spot with victory over Olympics on Sunday afternoon, Coach Seydou Zerbo has given out his twenty (20) man squad that will be available for the GPL round eleven (11) fixture.

The porcupine warriors are expected to bounce back to winning trend with victory over Great Olympics after a hard fought stalemate against Aduana Stars at Dormaa on last Sunday. The last home game was a struggled FA cup qualification against Bechem United and with Seydou Zerbo’s good record at home, the reds will want to make a statement at the Baba Yara stadium.

Asante Kotoko are more than capable of beating Olympics but they’ll have to do so without the majority of the regular starters. Georges Mfegue, Isaac Oppong, Dickson Afoakwa, Patrick Asmah and John Tedeku all remain injured whilst Justice Blay and Nicholas Mensah are out due to suspension.

Versatile prodigy, Sheriff Mohammed and Clinton Opoku after many months on the sidelines are new additions to give Coach Seydou Zerbo range of options especially in the midfield.

With all that in mind, let’s take a look at players who are available to Zerbo for the game.

GOALKEEPERS : Frederick Asare, Moise Pouaty.

DEFENDERS : Samuel Appiah, Charles Owusu, Maxwell Agyemang, Andrews Appau, Mubarik Yusif.

MIDFIELDERS : Richard Boadu, Shadrach Addo, Rocky Dwamena, Richmond Lamptey, Enoch Morrison, Eric Zeze, Sheriff Mohammed, Stephen Amankona, Ernest Osei Poku, Clinton Opoku, Nicholas Osei Bonsu.

FORWARDS : Steven Mukwala, Samuel Boateng.
