Asante Kotoko receive injury boost as a key man return to training ahead of the next encounter.

The left back hasn’t featured for Asante Kotoko since their GPL match against Legon Cities in last year, November 14.

The league champions has received an Injury boost ahead of their next fixture against Adjen Kotoku Royals as John Tedeku returned to full training on last Monday. The young defender has been on the sidelines since he featured in the match day six (6) encounter against Legon Cities in November, last year.

The 21-year-old prodigy, who joined Kotoko from WAFA at the start of the season, required an intensive medical attention after he suffered a sudden discomfort to his knee.

As per Kotoko Focus TV reports, Tedeku has been training with the team since last Monday and he’s probably to be included in the Asante Kotoko’s squad in the next league match against the premier league newcomers.

The reds take on Adjen Kotoku Royals in their fourteenth premier league fixture of the season at the Baba Yara sports stadium on the coming Sunday evening.
