Asante Kotoko gearing up towards the next Africa inter clubs competition has started making efforts to strengthen their winsome squad in contemplation of making good endeavours in the up coming tournament. The Ghanaian giants is said to have expressed interest in another Cameroonian attacker who’s plying his trade with As Fortuna, the former club of Franck Etouga Mbella.

According to the top media outlets in Cameroon, striker Adolf Enow Nkembe (22) is the next Cameroonian on the Asante Kotoko’s radar. The burly striker had an impactful season with AS Fortuna after notching sixteen (16) goals merged with 2 hatrick and 9 assists in the just ended Cameroonian top flight. He’s reportedly an alternative to replace his countryman, Franck Etouga Mbella who has attracted huge offers from top European and other elite clubs across the globe after a successful first year stint with the Ghana’s Champions.

The pursuit for Enow Nkembe is expected to be tough for Asante Kotoko after other European and North African clubs have also expressed genuine interest to grab the Cameroonian goal poacher.
